The information published on this site is informative and institutional in nature. It describes, in general terms, advisory services for foreigners who wish to reside, invest or do business in Brazil.

The content does not constitute legal, accounting, tax or investment advice for your specific case. Every situation requires individual analysis of documents, deadlines and personal circumstances.

No information published here should be read as a guarantee of obtaining residency, an authorisation, a visa, naturalisation, investment approval or any specific outcome, all of which depend on decisions by the competent Brazilian authorities.

03 Client relationship

Sending a message through the contact form does not in itself create a contractual relationship, a mandate or an attorney-client relationship. A professional relationship is established only after a formal proposal and written engagement.

Legal services are conducted by a lawyer duly registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), in compliance with its Code of Ethics and Discipline. Real estate brokerage follows CRECI regulations.
