Legal path and experience
Rafael’s education was built from an early age in an environment marked by academic rigour, bilingualism and the coexistence of different cultures.
His entire schooling took place at Colégio Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, an institution of German tradition recognised for its multicultural educational approach and its emphasis on discipline, responsibility and excellence.
In 2008 he completed his Law degree, earning a bachelor’s. He later deepened his education with a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law and Compliance, strengthening his practice in corporate, company and compliance matters.
Throughout his career, Rafael has built solid litigation and advisory experience, having worked on more than 600 cases. His professional path is focused especially on Civil and Corporate Law, on matters that demand analytical ability, strategic vision, attention to detail and an understanding of the interests involved.
Before developing his own practice, he was part of large and renowned law firms, where he helped conduct complex legal matters and refined his experience in negotiation, risk prevention and conflict resolution.
His way of working is guided by personal attention, strategy and close monitoring of each situation. For Rafael, a legal matter should not be treated merely as a case, a contract or a procedure. It is necessary to understand the context, the objectives and the consequences of every decision for the client.

Life beyond work
Rafael finds his main foundation in family. He is married and the father of two children, a teenage daughter and a son approaching adulthood. The early experience of fatherhood strengthened his understanding of responsibility, planning and the importance of building solid foundations for the future.
For him, family responsibility is not limited to securing the present. It also involves anticipating needs, guiding choices and preparing paths for the next stages of life.
In his free time, he cultivates a balance between physical activity, reflection and contact with nature. He is an enthusiast of mountaineering and appreciates the contemplative moments offered by trails and natural landscapes. He also maintains a constant reading habit, which he considers essential to intellectual development and to broadening how one understands the world.
In his routine, he combines that mental development with the physical discipline of strength training. These activities represent different aspects of the same pursuit: strength, consistency, balance and growth.
Principles that guide his view
Rafael believes the true evolution of humanity is directly related to deepening self-knowledge. For him, understanding oneself, recognising one’s own limits, developing awareness and refining character are fundamental steps in any lasting transformation.
