PlanBrazil was born from a personal, family and deeply human story.
My father was Austrian and came to Brazil in the post-war period, seeking a new beginning. Like many Europeans of that generation, he knew instability and the feeling of watching the world change suddenly. In Brazil he found not only a new country, but a real possibility to rebuild his life.
It was also in Brazil that he met my mother, a German, who shared this journey of courage, adaptation and building. Together they raised a family between cultures, languages and worldviews — with European roots, yet deeply connected to Brazil.
My father always taught me that true freedom of choice is born from the prudence of building alternatives while we still have time, clarity and calm to choose.
For him this was not merely a memory of the war. It was a way of life. He understood that acting ahead of time allows better decisions — with more serenity, strategy and security. His message was never about fear, but about preparation, clarity and responsibility.
Growing up between these two origins taught me early to see Brazil with a double perspective: with the eyes of someone who belongs to the country, and the sensitivity of someone who understands the doubts and uncertainties of those arriving from outside.
That very experience is one of the foundations of PlanBrazil today: the ability to understand both sides. On one side, the foreigner seeking security, clarity and guidance to enter Brazil. On the other, the Brazilian reality with its opportunities, particularities and legal paths. PlanBrazil exists to translate these two worlds and build a safe bridge between them.
To this vision was added the path of my partner, Rafael Rébula, a lawyer with a solid career who brings his experience and technical eye to matters that demand security, structure and responsibility.
More than advisory, PlanBrazil carries a conviction: having a Plan B does not mean abandoning Plan A. It means protecting the future before it depends on haste.
PlanBrazil is made up of people who know first-hand the challenges of connecting cultures, interests, assets and opportunities between Brazil and Europe.
