Why we do not call it a “Golden Visa”

The term comes from marketing and has no equivalent in Brazilian law. What exists are residence authorisations with a named legal basis. Anyone who blurs that distinction will blur others too.

Who is behind it

Bruno Unger, raised between Brazil and Austria, and Rafael Rébula, a Brazilian lawyer. Legal sections are reviewed before publication.
