Bruno Unger

An entrepreneur whose path was built between Brazil and Europe, with experience in real estate, technology and digital, and a deep understanding of the cultural and commercial differences between both markets. At PlanBrazil, he identifies opportunities, leads client relationships and follows investments and projects in Brazil.
A path between Brazil and Europe
Bruno’s relationship with Europe began in childhood. After his first years at a Brazilian school, he had two school experiences in Austria, attending a school in the Graz region for about a year and a half.
That early contact let him get to know not only the language, but also the culture, the habits and the European way of understanding responsibility, organisation and planning.
Back in Brazil, he studied at Colégio Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, an institution with a strong German tradition, known for its multicultural and bilingual education. He then took degrees in Business Administration and Advertising, combining business vision, communication and entrepreneurship from an early stage.
Bruno began his professional path in the digital world during the first years of the commercial internet in Brazil. Over that period he developed projects, created businesses and built experience in technology, communication, brand positioning and opportunity development.
Between 2007 and 2009 he worked as a consultant for two German companies, deepening his professional experience between Brazilian and European cultures. He then returned to Brazil to focus on his own ventures, particularly in real estate, technology and digital.
This combination of international experience, entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge of the Brazilian market and understanding of the European mindset became one of the foundations of PlanBrazil.
Bruno works especially on identifying opportunities, developing business, building client relationships, following investments, and creating bridges between those who want to invest in Brazil and those who know the local reality in depth.
Life beyond work
Bruno is married and the father of a boy and a girl. From the first day of each child’s life, the German language and culture have been part of the family routine. Although married to a Brazilian, he found at home all the support needed to keep that cultural connection alive and pass on to his children an identity built between Brazil and Europe.
In his free time he enjoys travelling with the family, meeting friends, going to the club, hiking in the mountains and playing beach tennis.
These moments reflect something essential in the way he lives: building the future without giving up on enjoying the present.
Principles that guide his view
Bruno believes a prosperous life depends mainly on two things: time and balance. You must use your lifetime well, find balance in daily life and build security for the future without forgetting the importance of the present.
The present is always Plan A, because tomorrow it will be the present again. The future, in turn, is what you wish to build, protect and make possible. It works as a Plan B: an alternative prepared in advance, offering security and freedom of choice when needed.
This view is not based on fear, but on prudence. It is possible to plan for tomorrow without failing to live today.
For Bruno, ethics and honesty are not only professional values. They are principles that should guide all human, business and family relationships. It is with that same view that he takes part in building PlanBrazil: helping others create real, secure and lasting alternatives in Brazil.
